Windows 2000 - Crash while loading - Mach37 - 02.12.2009

Hi, i got a little problem, i got Win2k (dont ask me why, please)
and when i click connect it shows the SA:MP loading screen then the second screen with loading bar and when its almost loaded it crash:

Wohooo, it works now! I installed Service Pack 4 ... you can lock this
