New computer, now lagg. - [GTA] - 30.11.2009

I brought a new computer has 4GB ram, 500gb HD. Playing samp laggs me compared to what it used to on a 1gb ram 250gb HD. I played around with the display settings and cant find nothing that goes well, any suggestions?
