Help with a strange death - pierhs - 29.11.2009

Im using gf and when i connect to my server just look this:

First I have 100 hp(Look at health at the hack bar):


After a while I have 0 life so when I spawn Im dead:


When I check the logs I get this:
e.g Chuck has died 255
