[HELP] Las Venturas Fences - Camacorn - 29.11.2009

I CANT map, ive tried EVERY map editor i can find, and none of them work with my computer, or i couldnt get used to the ones, that did work!

but i need Fences/Gates that block ALL bridges out of Las Venturas! Please make them tall enough to not hop over!

i dont need ANYTHING other then the "CreateObject" codes!

NO openable gates
NO teleports
NO ANYTHING
just the Object code, ex. :
