What Graphic Card and Processor Should i get? - Kyle - 28.11.2009

Well my pc is getting old now (2years) and i think its time to upgrade my pc's processor and graphic card. I currently have the Nvidia FX5500 and an intel pentium D :/

I can only run gta on medium and i want to be able to run it on high what procsessor and graphics card would you recommend?

Your motherboard? You most likely need a new motherboard and new memory cards too.

You can get most Radeon cards for 250 and under
You need a motherboard with express 16 though, i dought a Pentium D mobo will have that, especially if your still using DDR ram

new gpu = new mobo = new ram + processor = new power supply unit unless youve got 400w+ atm

Most new mobos use DDR2 and DDR3 nowadays, it would make more sense just to buy a new computer or to build one yourself

^look there, prices are in CAD

If you want to future proof it, go for a good quad core processor.
