[HELP]Change Run Style (From CJ - the fast to NPC's run - Slower) - KfirRP - 26.11.2009

Please tell me how to change it on my server, theres CJ run style, i want it to be like NPC's, so it'll be slower and other styled.

Thanks! (NPC can run with anygun, CJ cant)
