[HELP] how to make /kick [On admins] - KfirRP - 25.11.2009

Kick and Ban system bugged.
If somebody can send me /kick and /ban code, thanks you.
Its need to be admin /kick. So i can write which admins can to kick (admin level, in the code wrote: pAdmin <1 for example)
