I am guessing this is in the right place...
So i was wondering on how weather ids work, like there are so many are they each made or what?
So i am asking ... how did they make the weathers?

I'm not too sure but maybe you can look at timecyc.dat in your Data directory. I'm sure you won't understand it, though. From what I can gather it appears that they set the RGB colors for certain weathers at certain times of day.

No I understand it...
I was wondering what the ids had to do with it in terms of sa-mp...
like why is id 1 sunny and some other id a buggy color mess with objects jumping all over.
