Hosting problem - RedFusion - 24.11.2009

Hey!
I am creating a server, and i got some problems in the hosting section..
my friends searches in internet page on sa-mp and they can't find the server,
and i have written announce 1 in server.cfg..

is this due to router block, firewall or what is it?
I need help here.
