Well,
i dunno if it's normal but sometimes i need to search and restart like 5 times my server console to see my server at "internet", and yes, i have portforwarded, is there something wrong with the announce or in the settings?

Well, your server isn't actually the only one currently online

Do you have query and announce on? (in server.cfg)
