SA-MP Crashing - Ritchie999 - 24.11.2009

My sa-mp has been crashing alot lately
heres the error code i get

Try to change a compatibility mode to Windows 98 / ME or delete gta_sa.set file.

I am re-installing gta now and then installing sa-mp again.. if it happens again il do what you said, i have compatibility set to windows xp sp1.. also i installed CLEO 3 and i think thats whats caused the crashing because it never happened before

Ok, so i found out its not my problem, after re-installing i still crashed from the server while trying to enter grove street, i spoke to an admin and he reports that everyone is crashing while trying to enter grove, so i asked him to reset unoccupied vehicles because i thought it might be a car that was parked on the road, so he did, and i went back down the road, guess what, i crashed in the exact same location
