SetVehicleParamsForPlayer - kukars22 - 22.11.2009

Hello i have problem with car locking.
When i lock vehicle for some player it is locked but for others it is not locked so they simply can take my locked vehicle.
I found in wiki | Important note: From 0.3 you will have to reapply this function in OnVehicleStreamIn. |
How does it works ?

instead of where you have it atm place it under the onVehicleStreamIn XD
