Hi there.

All kills a player receives are stored inside the variable Kills[playerid]. How can I create something like a "highscore" board, which lists the best 5-10 players at the moment?

Like, should the highscore list be reset everytime you open the server, or should this be a best of all time highscore list?
Use textdraws (or dialogs, if it is what I think it is)
