How to make that "power" bar? Is that made with textdraws?

Textdraws are the best , and are easy to make too

Don't you know how can I easy make textdraws? Because I got a textdraw maker but it's hard to make boxes..

You need to get an empty textdraw coords. and also coords when it's full. Then do some arithmetic... And you'll get something like mine:
