Help with /mute command - aspire5630 - 15.11.2009

Hello i have a mute command
which when you get muted once you get a warning
and if you get muted again after that, you get another warning
And same again if you get another warning after that you get kicked


But it misses the second statement out, in the
So it gives you a first warning then get muted again it misses the second statement and justs kicks you
