I'm looking for a Stat saving and/or admin script for my mini-wars server...
Any suggestions please?

Make your own.
The best is always your own one you made, You can do every feature exactly how you want it.

I use Dudb to save my players stats and made commands using sscanf/dcmd.

Have a look into them.
