OnPlayerDeath not being called for some kills - Redirect Left - 15.11.2009

Can anyone tell me why OnPlayerDeath doesn't seem to be called for being killed by a rocket launcher? Or is it some other ID it thinks, or?

Death reason ID 36 is never called because the rocket launcher's automatic aim isn't synced, I believe.
