1st: Give us your computer specifications (i.e: Video card, CPU, Operating system, RAM.)
2nd: Do you have any DLL files in "C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas" starting with d3d and ending in .DLL
3rd: What's the version of GTA_SA.exe you use, 1.1 or 1.0?

Best wishes,

I am getting the same error here too, it happens all the time, but it doesn't seem to affect the gameplay as it only happens after the game exits.

only thing i could possibly remember doing is eathier cleaning and tweaking with Advanced System Optimizer or it could be the Beta Driver 195.39
