Is there any way to put car handling in script? Cus the handling file is not working with samp.

No, the only thing which affects the vehicle speed in multiplayer is SetVehicleVelocity().

so if you have mods installed, it won't be good in sa:mp.

Better thing is to have a full non-modded game to play sa:mp.
