Change on 0.3 - Alphonse - 10.11.2009

Hello.I want to tell me something. How i chnage my server from 0.2x on 0.3 And how i can do to don't need to have a name like Firstname_Lastname .

I want to be just Firstname. Like Alphonse

Please help . Sorry for my bad english

Maybe somebody can help me ?
I got some problem when i complied to 0.3a and started the server :

Your missing the IRC plugin. To fix that you need the IRC plugin in your root folder of your server.
