when i off my PC Server Shout Down how i stay this Online if i Close My Pc

Free server hosting and 24/7 its hard to find its on your luck actually :S some guys only host for free

Well, No-one actually does I think. because, who will host your server for free ? WHY do they want to do that ?

And btw, mostly when someone wants to host for free, they just steal your files
