[Router] 2 Routers on 1 line - CAR - 02.11.2009

I've now 1 ModemRouter and there is a problem... I can't forward my port. Tried drifferent things.
Now I thinked, can I put 2 Routers on 1 line, I've ADSL don't know if it's known in other Countrys.

If it's possible, can anyone tell me how to put 2 Routers on 1 Line?

PS: You can also help me with forwarding @ here <
Don't post things like: www.port-forwarding.com. Look in this topic^ because my Router isn't @ that sites.
Edit: If this must be on another place, put it there...

Please Help Me.

No, one broadband modem/router per phone line.

But can't I put in a Network line in the modemrouter and in the new router? Because I searched like this: http://www.******.com/search?hl=nl&r...meta=&aq=f&oq=
And I found somethings, but never saw a: How to..., because don't know how?

If you mean, plug the modem into the phone line and then plug the router into the modem then yes.

Re: [Router] 2 Routers on 1 line - CAR - 02.11.2009

It's a ModemRouter what is plugged in. And must I put a new Router in the network connection?
I don't know but if I want to open a port on the 'new Router', must I open it also on the ModemRouter or isn't that?
I want that it isn't because then it doesn't work.

Re: [Router] 2 Routers on 1 line - iLinx - 02.11.2009

the most you could do is plugin a router to the modem and then plugin another router to the router

internet line -> modem -> router -> router

if you cant portforward from your router that means its being blocked by your ISP
from my experience most dsl isp's block udp ports

Re: [Router] 2 Routers on 1 line - CAR - 03.11.2009

I found what is blocking, I added the programme Samp-server.exe in my firewall on my computer and I added the port 7777 as public but my firewall is still blocking... In the log. My Firwall is McAfee.

If anyone has got the same porblem or knows what to do, please tell me!.

You should ask McAfee for support on their software, or you can always change Antivirus/Firewall programs.
