Hello. I had a problem. My server sometimes hangs, shows that people play, but they not in game, in a message chat do not reach. I from Russia sorry for my English =) Help please

The server costs on a hosting. 4х Intel Xeon, 8 GB RAM, 2x400 GB SATA RAID1, the Internet 100mb/s Windows Server 2003 Enterprise.
There was this all after an exit sa-mp 0.3. Earlier all was normal
