Help with portforwarding? - DeltaAirlines12 - 31.10.2009

What do I fill in the blanks with? And do I need a static ip?

My information:

* PC: Windows Vista Home Basic
* MODEM: Actiontec m1000 series

I have tried several time to port forward with the 7777 crap and UDP but my server don't show up.
And I have read alot of samp pages, so don't bother leaving a link. Just please leave very
detailed step by step instructions or information. Thanks

Port IP range would be 7777 to 7777
Protocol UDP
IP Address - Your computer's LAN IP.
