Ermm to be honest the easiest way is to just place them. You could use MTA map editor and then convert them if you were that bothered also.

Method 1) Get people to help you
Method 2) Copy them by some other script (giving Credits obv)
Method 3) Use the included vehiclepositions by the SA-MP Dev Team (even functions included)

exora i don't want to copy paste from another script the cars since i want to put all my cars where i want no ?

Just do them manually and get people to help you and then go through them all and /save.
