It's happening every time I alt-tab, or sometimes it's just random.

I have no modifications.

happened to me alot

the reason is mods or hacks

you can uninstall samp and san andreas then reinstall gta and samp
it will happen, but less frequently, the only fix is to just wait for it to stop
