NPC Problem - Tez2k7 - 28.10.2009

Hey, I have a problem with my NPCs. I tried making my own earlier but couldn't get the NPC to connect, I thought I must be doing something wrong so decided to come on the forums. I found an NPC script that someone had released and decided to test it out. It already had good comments from other people so I'm assuming that it does work. Anyway, I get in-game and load up the FS, but nothing. The NPC doesn't even connect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.npc

Change maxnpc <value> in the server.cfg
