Weird PC Screen Proplem - roleplayman - 26.10.2009

i have Viewsonic G810 [ i know old one but it was working well ]

now i noticed proplem that started to go when i try to high the contrast of the pc screen on the edges of everything i see green shadows or what ever you call it

does this mean the screen will die soon or it's just like that for some time.

Do you mean you're trying to go to Windows High Contrast mode or Turn the contrast up on your monitor?

He means that around his monitor he has green spots or areas with green color around them, most likely caused by the lifetime of the monitor, considering if it's CRT or not.
