my sa-mp wont recognise a 0.3 online server - reece251 - 25.10.2009

hi, my friends server recently went offline, now its back online, but my sa-mp 0.3 client wont recognise it, it only recognises the server as offline. this must be a bug, but its crucial for me because im Co-owner of the server. please try and fix the bug.
