I'm new in scripting , and i need help

I wanna make a server and i've got some prob.

1) Where do i add the .amx and .pwn ?
2) I have a mod , GF , But not with factions i want , I want to make B'ooz , Surenos , Nortenos and Cripz.

Compile the .pwn file to get the .amx file and then put the .amx file to the gamemodes folder.
