RolePlay Gang/Army code? - Ritchie999 - 20.10.2009

For my RP server i have made gang area's..
how do i make it so that

A. it comes up with a message when you are joining a certain gang area

B. i can assign the player to the gang (so if she joins the server he is spawned off in his gang area as the member)

and
C. i have a gang zone in area 51 (for the army) so how can i set the world boundaries so if your not army, you cannot enter this area, or else you can enter the area but if you do you instantly get 5 or 6 stars and a bounty on your head

i tried asking in Script Request Thread but got no answer

a set the coordinates so when ur in area it sends game text
b not really sure use
c setworldboundaries im i seen something for that in gf script

how do i do the text on coordinate thing? i have the gang zones set up i just need text to come up as soon as you enter the zone

use IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint
or several other custom functions which are here on the forums(and no i win't do ur work and search just search urself)
