Hi,
I have this problem : The server didn't respond..., for all servers... since I installed the 0.3a version.. I reinstalled this program and GTA again and again, I have GTA SA 1.0, i'm not banned... what happen?
Help me please!

Are you using a firewall, or some anti-virus software? Try to disable them and check if it will work then.
