Server or Script? - McSquizzy - 19.10.2009

I have next problem:
After some time(time is absolutely random) server hangs, but for me and for others it is "working", it pings. It means that when I connect it gives me only this:

And it shows that on server is n-players, but really on server is 0 players.

And I want to ask what's wrong? Server or Script bug?
