Is it possible to make FS or GM add-on that allows it me to shoot rockets from those area 51 things?

And is it possible to make it so you stand behind that thing and you type /enter and SendClientMessage "You have entered the SAM. And the camera gets moved up adn rotates and rockets shoot where you aim.

Not really, its quite simple, you just need to create an object (the rocket) and move it with high speed to the desired target (like playerid 0.)
