server crash on start! plz help - denbo1 - 18.10.2009

My server will not start no matter what i try, i try start my server i get this, i have no idea what it is...

All script i want to run = fine
if you can help please do

Make sure that you have all the scriptfiles needed to run the script.

I have done that i made it...

Its compile is fine, just how do i stop crashing!
