[HELP] Cant play on my server - [SRP] Suicidal Roleplay - 18.10.2009

I cant play on my server, I had a 0.2X Game Mode and then put it into the pawno folder in 0.3 and compiled it, Started my server and when I join it says "" State_Trooper has Joined the Server"" Then says all the NPC's have connected and then it says the have all left and then just Restarting.

Can soemone PLEASE help me I'm desperate. I have searched and ******d.

set maxnpcs in your server.cfg

What do I set it to This is what my server.cfg look's like.

like i have no problems with the npc's i just cant play on my server it says i jined then says "" restarting"" then says i left then nothing happens.
