Can someone tell me for extra beginers how can i script a gta sa RPG server? I need help because i am very stupid i cant uderstand the tutorial in this forum and i need some help!!Plzz tell me or help me with this if you cand I will own you with a beer

Start here and start small - by that i mean, don't start with the RP server or something big, you will fail at the start line. Try with something smaller.

Like learn basics first, and then try to create a small admin filterscript or something similar.

First, in my opinion, you should start a small test server with only a few slots, so you can get familiar with the features ( 0.3 is out btw ), that way you can practice your scripting, wen you think you dominate the basics of scrpting well , attempt to build the server you wish.

In my opinion a begginer like you ( no offence) should not start by Role Play servers... thare's too many, and the scripting is complicated.
Try a stunt / DM server instead.
