Yeah that's enought for 150 1-player servers.
But seriously, it depends on player count. I think your hardware can handle 5 30-player servers if you use heavy scripts or 5 50-player servers if you don't user over 9000 times etc blah blah.

You really shouldn't guess on a forum such as this...
BTW the top option is the better oprion... Dedicated Servers to hosting game servers are generally better (I'd say) than a VPS, which is hosting more of a desktop setup, rather than ONLY hosting game servers.
That server should be able to run quite a bit, and it would also depend on whether it is linux or windows... (I reacon it's better in linux)
The server itself isn't that intense, It's more the gamemode/script/scripting in the setup. Followed by that the "load" from the ammount of players.
Dedicated > VPS

Yeah, dedi's are awesome. But they are very expensive aswell.

I;m not saying if there cooler, I'm saying if it is good enough (it doesnt have to be 5 servers it could be 1-2 servers)

you can host samp servers off almost any kind of dedicated or virtual server you can get today
its really dependant on how big your script is,
timers will use more cpu
players will use more cpu
more variables, arrays, etc will use more ram

Bandwidth is what is used most because of players. But are those requirements good for what you are saying?

As what the person said above, the scripting effects performance.
If you have a script that goes through HEAPS of variables, and timers, It'll lag out more than if you actually had 200 players.
As I said before, The Top IS the better option.
Hell, Just look at the ram on the VPS... AND... THAT could be shared among a LOT of people, using a lot of resources.
You're better off with the dedicated, and NOT the VPS.
Bandwidth isn't really an issue, That only effects ping, and thats due to a few factors.... Routing, and priorities are one thing... Actual speed is another.
