Im using MTA:RACE but I can't add objects to interiors.Please recommend me a good editor so I will be able to add objects at interiors too

I suggest that you could search, there was breadfishes one, it was very good, but he removed it, I dont know why though. Other than that I guess you could also ask other people.

Download MTA 1.0, the new map editor supply interiors.
