You can use RCON ( /rcon login <password from server.cfg> ) or use an admin filterscript.

ok i wrote /rcon login password and i logged in as an admin. What is the admin filterscript for? whats the difference between it and the /rcon login command?

For a admin filterscript, you need to create a account, go into the account which is most likley in scriptfiles, then go to your account, make sure the admin line is set to enabled, usually 1-10 0 = disabled most of the time.

This is easy you go into your server files were it has registered names use notepad with your username file change your admin level from 0 to what ever you want for eg. 1337 and save

It all depends hows your script. A Admin system needs to be scripted in your GM. If you have GF edit, go in your script files - your account name then set your admin level to 1337
