SA-MP 0/0 Players and 9999 Ping Problem. Please HELP! -

Hi all!
I installed GtaSA-MP in my country, Turkey and I played it well. But, now I'm in Greece and I can't play the game, when I open the SA-MP browser, all of my favourite servers are shown as 0/0 players with 9999 ping. Also, when I click on 'internet' and 'hosted' tabs, I can see nothing.
Please help me!!!
Bye!

I'm uninstalling GTA-SA now. After that, I'll install it again. I'm staying in a university campus in Greece, so is there a possibility that they can stop it in some way?

I completely removed and re-installed everything, I put GTA SA and SA-MP into firewall exceptions' list, I completely closed my firewall and tried again, nothing happened.
