[HELP] My robbery project. - Sal_Kings - 11.10.2009

Anyone who helps me with anything involving this project i am working on will be blessed, because i really really need it and i would appreciate it a lot and i am new to scripting.

About the project.

I am working on a simple project for beginners, you walk into the $ icon and you type /robstore then it freezes you for 5 minutes. Once the 5 minutes are over there is a 50% chance you will be unfreezed and sent to the LSPD jail cell for 10 minutes, a message will pop up saying "You got busted during the robbery!". There is also a 50% chance it will say "You manage to get the money and escape!" and you will get $5,000 and be unfreezed.
Currently working on/Need help with.

1. Making the icon. [DO NOT NEED HELP.]
2. The /robstore command. [NEED LOTS OF HELP!]
3. The X Y Z for the LSPD prison cell, and the interior #. [NEED HELP.]
