with alot of mapping i dont see why not, just make it far out in the ocean or something.

Yes. You would need a lot of time and a good object-streamer.

Look, i got this idea:

To make a new map ABOVE los santos with MTA Map Editor. But I think it's going to cause alot of lag.

What can I do about that? Using a streamer? and which streamer would you prefer to me?

YSI is a pack which includes a lot of good things for scripting, but YSI's object-streamer is actually called Y_Objects.

There is Other Map ( Vice City, Maybe not sure )
