Help with admin script - Tyler_Idy - 10.10.2009

All this dini and dcmd is so confising! Ive read the

and the
https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Creating_an_Admin_Script

but it doesnt help me.... its confusing

can someone help me understand how it works so that i can make a simple register/login script and a IsPlayerTAdmin(playerid) and IsPlayerTAdminLevel(playerid, level)

if i can understand that i could figure out the rest i think! PLease help
