I'm having a problem with my server, because sometimes the ping it will increase to 8855, and tips his players, can someone help me?

My server: 189.1.168.9:7774

I use Las venturas Arena.

Are you being DDOSED? Is your computer stable enough to even run a samp-server? What's your processor?
