[HELP]How to get % InGame - NorthStareds - 10.10.2009

Hey guys,i need some help to getting % ingame ,200 is maximum precent IG ,every minute 1 precent will gone,when all precents are gone,0,5 life precent will gone in 1 minute

This is like eating system...player needs to go in resturant and eat something and precents goes again 200


So can anyone help?
