i run game samp 0.2x it says internal error

I've the same problem and I don't know what is wrong. I read when you delete d3d9.dll it will work but didn't work for me. I tried reinstal sa-mp and sa but not working.
Maybe need something else to do when you've Windows Vista. Yes, I've Windows Vista and Windows XP but on Windows XP I don't have this problem.
