Where would I add these in my script?

AddStaticVehicle(519, 1649.584, -2435.881, 15, 0, -1, -1);
AddStaticVehicle(519, 1573.528, -2431.933, 15, 0, -1, -1);
AddStaticVehicle(519, 1729.444, -2435.881, 15, 0, -1, -1);

And will it crash the server?

add in ongamemodeinit and no it wont
