Can't run my own server - T.I. - 03.10.2009

Always when I start samp-server.exe, it shows me this error:




What do I have to do?
Why this error shows up and how to fix it?

Reinstall Microsoft office, try that. But first, try it without installing office, so have ur pc without office and try it.
