Win7 BETA RC 0.8-2 - Think - 02.10.2009
Well this is my problem:
when i start GTA, it crashes (without crash info) after he loaded the white bar, 0.2X works fine, dunno if RC 0.7-2 works but 0.8-2 doesnt work for me (with windows 7)

Running 7 as well... no problems here with RC8-2, maybe check if you have more then one GTA SA folder installed , if you do, install the client on both maps (or just delete one folder)

Don't know realy, I'm sure an installation (or 2 in this case) configure more then one 'settings' file on your pc... and they might conflict (maybe registry idk)
The thing is, I had it 2.... deleted one installation and reпnstalled the client on the one that was left, worked perfect since

Reinstall the game . Try compatibility mode with XP , 98 , 2000. There is a beta version of windows 7 on wich i never managed to run GTA, it might be that one.

i am running fine here with Windows 7 RC1 x64
and i alternate between 0.2x and 0.3 simply by installing 0.3 on top of 0.2x and vice verce, doing this has provided me with NO problems, and it makes life easy when you need to alternate between installs :S

RC3 has jsut been release and it says that bug was fixed.
